Pumpkin Pie 1
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons molasses
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup evaporated milk
- Mix together pumpkin, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and molasses. Blend in eggs and evaporated milk. Pour filling into pie shell.
- Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 40 minutes, or until set.
